1. Eligibility
This offer is open to new clients who:
The promotion is available for new home builds only and does not apply to renovations, extensions, or house and land packages already under contract.
The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash, discounts, or refunds.
2. Offer Details
Each eligible client will receive $30,000 in Design Dollars (“Design Dollars”) to be applied toward upgrades, finishes, and design selections within Guardian Master Builders’ internal design and selections process.
Design Dollars may be used toward approved upgrade categories such as:
Design Dollars cannot be used toward site costs, structural changes, or non-design related expenses (e.g. council fees, engineering, or land acquisition).
The Design Dollars value will be applied as a credit within the client’s building contract and must be allocated prior to final contract signing.
3. Conditions of Use
The Design Dollars must be fully utilised during the design and selections stage and cannot be carried over, refunded, or exchanged once final selections are made.
If the client elects not to use the full $30,000, the remaining balance is forfeited.
Any upgrades or selections exceeding $30,000 are payable by the client in accordance with the contract terms.
The offer is valid for a single dwelling contract only. Multiple contracts or multi-dwelling projects are excluded unless otherwise approved in writing.
4. Exclusions
This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly approved by the Promoter.
Display home purchases, house and land packages already under construction, or clients who have previously signed a building contract with the Promoter prior to 10th October 2025 are excluded.
