1. Eligibility
This offer is available to clients who enter and complete a custom home building contract with Guardian Master Builders during the promotional period.
The offer applies only to new clients and new contracts signed after the campaign launch date.
Minimum contract value and eligibility criteria may apply (to be confirmed at consultation).
2. Reward Details
For every five (5) eligible clients who complete a home build with Guardian Master Builders under this campaign, one (1) client will receive a $50,000 (AUD) reward at handover.
The reward will be provided via electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 30 days of practical completion and settlement of the client’s contract obligations.
3. Selection Process
The selection of the rewarded client will be conducted transparently by Guardian Master Builders based on a 1 in 5 ratio of eligible completed builds.
Eligible clients will be grouped in the order of contract completion. Within each group of five, one client will be randomly chosen to receive the reward.
Clients will be notified in writing if they are selected to receive the $50,000 reward.
4. Conditions
To remain eligible, clients must:
a. Complete their building contract with Guardian Master Builders in full, including all payments due under the contract.
b. Not terminate or withdraw from their contract prior to handover.
The $50,000 reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for other goods or services.
5. Exclusions
The reward does not apply to house and land packages, display home purchases, investment property builds, or contracts below the minimum value threshold of $750,000
Employees, contractors, and direct family members of Guardian Master Builders are not eligible.
6. General
This campaign is a goodwill gesture of appreciation and does not create a lottery, competition, or game of chance beyond the framework described.
Guardian Master Builders reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect rights already accrued by eligible clients.
All building contracts remain subject to standard contract terms, building regulations, and applicable laws.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Promotional Period
This campaign is valid for building contracts signed between 1st October 2025 – 1st December 2025, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the discretion of Guardian Master Builders.
