Guardian Master Builders "Find the Hidden Key" Giveaway

Promoter
The promoter is Guardian Master Builders (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
Giveaway Period
3.1. The promotion begins at 09/12/2024 and ends at 23/12/2024 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
4.1. To enter, participants must:

Visit the Promoter’s website at www.guardianmasterbuilders.com.au
Locate the “hidden key” graphic on the website.
Follow the instructions provided to submit their entry, including their name, email address, and confirmation of finding the key.
4.2. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize
5.1. The prize is a $500 Visa Gift Card.
5.2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries within 1 business days after the Giveaway Period ends.
6.2. The winner will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided in their entry.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn.
Public Announcement
The winner’s first name and state will be announced on the Promoter’s website and/or social media platforms.
Liability
8.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions affecting entry submissions.
8.2. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the prize or participation in the giveaway.

9.2. By entering, participants consent to the use of their first name and entry in promotional materials.
General Conditions
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
