This offer provides $30,000 credited and distributed to you in four $7,500 instalments over four progress payments during your build, and is exclusive to knockdown and rebuild projects only.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the $30,000 credit, customers must meet the following conditions:

  1. Initial Deposit
    • Sign the Tender Agreement within 4 weeks of its presentation by Guardian Master Builders (GMB) and Pay an initial deposit of $5,000 on or after 1 November 2024.
  2. Completion of Sales Paperwork
    • Complete and sign Building Contract within 8 weeks of paying the initial deposit.
  3. Contract Signing and Payment
    • The contract must be signed, and the remaining 5% balance of the total contract value paid within 21 days of contract signing.
  4. Ownership Documentation
    • Provide evidence of ownership of the title to the land and any necessary supporting documentation by no later than 30 March 2025 or prior to building application. This documentation includes:
      • Proof of title that satisfies Guardian Master Builders (GMB) requirements.
      • A copy of the registered survey plan.
      • “As constructed” drawings of land development.
      • Full access to the land for soil testing and contour surveys.
      • A compaction report, if applicable.
  5. Finance Confirmation
    • Provide finance confirmation, including:
      • An unconditional letter of offer.
    • The Building Contract should be signed, and payment made for the remaining 5% balance of the total contract value within 21 business days of contract counter signing. All contracts and payments must be finalised by no later than 30 March 2025 or prior to building application.
  6. Construction Base Claim
    • Base claim invoices will be issued to facilitate the scheduled progress payments as outlined in your Building Contract.

Distribution

The $30,000 will be applied in equal instalments of $7,500 across four progress payments throughout the construction of your build.
