Terms and Conditions for the “Simplify Your Journey” Offer

Effective Date
This offer is valid for new deposits paid on or after 1 November 2024 until 30 March 2025 and applies across all ranges by Guardian Master Builders.

Gift Card Value Based on Home Size
Eligible new customers can receive up to a $25,000 gift card for upgrades, based on the square meter size of their home build:

1. 200 – 250 sqm: $5,000 gift card
2. 250 – 300 sqm: $10,000 gift card
3. 300 – 350 sqm: $15,000 gift card
4. 350 – 400 sqm: $20,000 gift card
5. 400 – 450 sqm: $25,000 gift card

The gift card amount applies solely to upgrades and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other discounts.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the “Simplify Your Journey” offer and corresponding gift card, clients must meet the following criteria:

1. Deposit Payment
   • An initial deposit of $5,000 must be paid to Guardian Master Builders (GMB) on or after 1 November 2024 upon the Tender Pricing being accepted.
2. Contract Paperwork Completion
   • Complete all contract paperwork within 8 weeks of paying the initial deposit being the signing of the Building Contract between Guardian Master Builders (GMB) and the new customer
3. Tender Agreement
   • The tender agreement (being an initial quote containing the Tender Price) must be signed within 4 weeks of the tender presentation by Guardian Master Builders (GMB).
4. Contract Signing and Payment
   • The Building Contract should be signed, and payment made for the remaining 5% balance of the total contract value within 21 business days of contract counter signing. All contracts and payments must be finalised by no later than 30 March 2025.For example if the Tender Price is $450,000, the initial deposit is $5,000. If the Building Contract is for a construction value of $450,000, the 5%  balance is $17,500 ($22,500-$5000) which is payable within 21 days of the date when the Building Contract is signed.
5. Ownership Documentation
   • Proof of ownership of the title to the land and all relevant supporting documentation must be provided prior to building application.
   • Required documents include:
     • Evidence of title acceptable to Guardian Master Builders.
     • A copy of the registered survey plan.
     • Any and all estate information if land is in a new development
     • “As constructed” drawings of land development.
     • Full access to the land for necessary soil testing and contour surveys.
     • A compaction report, if applicable.
6. Finance Confirmation
   • Provide finance confirmation, including:
     • A current, unconditional letter of offer.
     • Written confirmation from your finance provider that funds are ready to be released for construction progress payments as per contract specifications.
7. Construction Base Claim
   • Once construction begins, base claim invoices will be issued to facilitate payment as per the contractual agreement.

Additional Terms

• Guardian Master Builders reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time. Prior to meeting item 13 Clause 3 of your Guardian Master Builders (GMB) Contract.
• The gift card value is based solely on home size as defined by the terms above and is not transferable or redeemable for other services or cash.
• Eligibility for the offer may be subject to final review by Guardian Master Builders (GMB) based on documentation, contractual adherence, and timeline compliance.
